Excellent addition to the Manchester dining scene, this friendly and busy korean restuarant is very well located, just off St Peter's Square. Korean food is in my view under-rated. Spicier than chinese, with similarities to japanese. The restaurant offers a number of set menus which are well priced at around £20 per head, to which extra dishes can be added as desired. We dined early on a Friday evening and the restuarant was full. Service was friendly and efficient. Korean and Japanese beers are available by bottle, as well as a small selection of wines. Drinks prices are reasonable. The food was light, fresh and very tasty. Kimchee was there of course, together with beef bulgogi, cooked at the table. A lovely spicey chicken dish as well as grilled prawns with a sesame and soy dip, Several dishes are grilled on the table, tepanyaki style, but this is done by the waitress, and very efficient extractors ensure that you are not choked with smoke or cooking fumes. We really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. A great, fun place to come with friends or a partner or even alone. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience to find a Korean cafe vibe in Manchester. Having been to Korean restaurants previously, this was nice to introduce others to. The service was mostly good, food was sufficient and tasty. I would recommend this if you want a relaxed atmosphere to take friends or family for nice food. The place was clean and prices were reasonable for that type of thing.

We came here after it was recommended & it wasn't worth the recommendation. The menu does have a varied selection - But it is overpriced for what you get, the seafood hotpot was a lot of gloop & far too spicy & left us with a dodgy stomach. We also had some starters but they weren't very tasty & the quality was poor. The service wasn't great either - It wasn't particularly busy when we went, but it took awhile for us to get anyone to serve us & when we wanted extra drinks or cutlery etc, it seemed far too much work for them. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor quality of the food, the less then stellar service & it is overpriced. I wouldn't come here again.
