We were in Van Nuys and decided to look for some fast Filipino food. We found it with Toto's. The staff was very friendly and the food pretty good. We had BBQ pork skewers and rice and fried pork belly and rice. Small dining room, where you order at counter and they bring you the food. Tucked into the corner of very busy shopping center.

Located in the corner of a small strip mall, parking is a little tough to find but well worth the effort as you taste their specialty lechon. They also offer turon in the afternoon that's as good as it gets. The fried bangus is also yummy. Don't expect to dine in at this hole-in-the-wall as their kitchen is bigger than their dining area. Much better to take this food to go and enjoy it in the comfort ... and space that is your own home.
