Excellent Lunch Buffet Of the 12 or so restaurants I visited on my trip to Vientiane, this was my favorite. Their lunch buffet for $12 (or 98k kip) is an extraordinary value. The buffet includes a range of appetizers and sides (cold cuts, salads, vegetables, etc), your choice of entree (3 options that change daily), plus a very good selection of desserts. In addition, you get several drink options. I can''t imagine there being a better value in town. Although not everything is great, the quality overall is quite high. It was the only restaurant I visited more than once during my 5 day trip in Vientiane. Definitely recommend coming for lunch to get the buffet (Monday - Friday only, opens at 11:30).
