If you want to eat horse this is the place, a little hard to find but well worth it, there's nothing elaborate here but the food is really good and plentiful, one of the staff likes 80's music so it was easy for me to associate with him. There's nothing unto wards here about eating horse as the Japanese have been doing it for years.
