I am not sure what went wrong. I generally love KFC. It is many a times our comfort food. I had not ordered for quite some time as the delivery in the past I received was, well, for lack of better terms, very crappy. It almost always came cold and soggy. But this time, the Red Hot Christmas Feast was a natural force majeure! Where can I begin? First of all, the track order said delivered, but the order came 15 minutes later. Second, the order was supposed to have sjora drinks, but no drinks were delivered. Third, the main order itself. The nuggets were not just soggy, but were flappy. The popcorn chicken were cold and hard and I don't think that substitutes for crispy. The crust on the red hot chicken were falling off as we picked them up. They were also hard and not crispy and might as well have been stuck on the chicken after it was fried (I should have stuck to hot and crispy, but as mentioned before, stopped ordering KFC because they invariably came late and were always cold and hard). I did not feedback earlier as I thought I don't really want to be inconvenient. But this time the terribleness prompted me. On the upside, the whipped potato were not sub-standard and were normal as usual. The red hot chilly "hot sauce" was good. All in all, our whole family were very, very, VERY, disappointed. It will probably be a cold day in Singapore when we order KFC again.
