不想过冬~厌倦沉重 ~ 就飞去热带的岛屿游泳 ~~Finally made up my mind to a tropical country for escaping the cold and humid weather in macau .
Malaysia first hit my mind when we decided to control the cost to 5000 RMB at most for this 7 days trip .
And out of the reason that Malysia is a diversified country with good food, nice beaches and warm-hearted people make it a must go destination...
our first station was Langkawi , a place where we could get slow down , lay on the beach ,and enjoy the sunshine~
our hotel's got a private beach and infinate swimming pool which we like it a lot.
it's just 5 minutes away from the airport, which was seen as a bad location, but on the contrary , it's a perfect location for us since there's only few people living in such a big hotel resort.
and that's what make this hotel quiet and peaceful ~that's how holiday should be .
you could spend the whole afternoon enjoying the breeze ~
or being in a daze like a lazy cat~
or jump as high as you like ~
you could also drive on a car and drive around this beautiful island, but personnaly i am not suggest to if you don't know how to use a map as us or driving skill is as bad as me.we had accident on our first day trip....i am a trainee in driving ,and that's my first time to be on the road by myself, i thought the engine was the brake while i was making a U turn, then~~~ i hit the wall and ended with paying 100 RM penalty for scratching.
if you wanna see clearer water and cleaner beach ,you should really take a private boat , go out and search further with the captain on a sunny day ~
the view out there on the unknown island really won't disappoint you .
remember to choose a sunny day ~
and a colorful dress ~
a patient person who's willing to take good pitures for you in the sun as well...
the view here could blow away all your stress at work ,your temper at home and you bad mood cause by your friend .
after spending three lazy days in Langkawi, then we spent half an hour on the plane to Peneng.
we stayed in Nrom's flat for two nights which was way less then enough.
his apartment is very stylish with all white decorating .
a very big and clean balcony with a lot of beautiful gardening, you could even see the sunrise on the balcony.
it's truely called a dream house for me. face the sea, lots of gardening ,could enjoy the sunrise~~
btw,in south east asia, you may need to take off your shoes before enter the house.
Peneng is a warm city with warm -hearted people who are always ready to help.
Peneng makes you feel like you're home since there are so many chinese faces and accent around.
you could see food street everywhere~most of them are night market .so seems like Peneng's day only started at 7 P.M.
You could also start the day earlier by taking a jinricksha and travel around this small town with the driver who's good at telling stories.
you could see a lot of interesting wall paintings everywhere on the street.
you could also interact with them and take pics with them.
happened to see a family of malaysian.
it's old painting ~but classic as well...cuz it's already a symbol of Peneng .
the street makes you feel like back to old Guangzhou in 1960s?70s?
because of the weather, there are so many dessert make out of ice.....
i always think that the city with good gardening must be a city with happiness.
and it turned out true that Peneng 's a very happy city with world famous durian ,diversified snack streets ,well protected heritage and nice people.
oh you could also go to Little India so that you'll give up the thought of going to India, the street looked dirty, people looked dirty, music sounded ghastly......
after spending 2 days in Peneng, then we off to KL ...
China town was the first station in KL, which left me a very bad impression about KL, yeah it's famous for cheap stuff and good food online or in the book, but it's just too messy and we could find it everywhere in China lo~
it's like the Women Street in Mongkok,Hk, but might be good to go as a foreigner...
KL first made me feel like it's a city but not a town .
with good gardening and clean roads .
with good traffic and not so convinient KTM...
there's not so much to see if you're not that religious, just to experience it once was also a good learning way.
you could shop a lot of creative souvenir there .
compare to China Town, i personally prefer Alor Street.
it's a food street you shouldn't miss if you wanna fill your stomach.
you could find both local and exotic food here in this street...
as a foreign guest, how could you miss KLCC.
And i have to talk about the apartment Regalia we stayed in.
it's famous for its own stunning rooftop swimming pool~
it's top enough to see all the buildings in KL.
It's good enough to spend the whole day there enjoying the full view of this city.
it's really a hot sight seeing spot in KL.
BTW,malaysia's also a city with good coffee, you could easiy grab a cup of coffee anywhere.
Malaysia's a pecfect country to go if you 're on a budget.
Thanks Malaysia for making this short trip diverse, brand new and valuable both in the place we've been to and the food we've tasted.
Malaysia 's a good place to go for girls because of two reasons, good food and good to take pictures.
here are more pics ~~~
