The Catch 餐厅 人均 100+ 真的是好久没有遇到的一家令我十分惊艳的餐厅，不论是从环境还是从菜品上，不会踩雷。不愧是好莱坞明星最喜欢的一家餐厅 他家每天都会有不同的signature手卷，这次去我们没有尝试，下次见咯！ 最最推荐的一道菜是Hellfire Roll入口真的惊到我，舌尖上的天堂！口感十分奇妙，新鲜的生鱼片有淡淡的烟熏味，里面卷着一大口土豆或者红薯泥，还有一小块脆脆的苹果，堪称奇迹的融合，我很少对某一种食物有着这么高的评价，但是它真的值得我特意飞到洛杉矶来吃一次。入口的一瞬间，整个人仿佛从传统的日本街头，一头扎进了大海海洋的咸鲜又将我带到了洛杉矶的艳阳之下，烟熏的浓郁配着苹果的清爽与香甜，只需一口的幸福。 然后就是Sashimi很新鲜，也不错。 炸虾球的外层真的是我吃过的最薄最酥脆的，口感很赞。 烤T骨牛排一般，适合喜欢吃肉和喜欢焦脆外皮口感的小伙伴，140刀一份，除了分量确实很大，其他的并没有很惊艳。不过很人性化的是，我要的是烤成medium的牛肉，厨师将牛肉分成了两排，一排是比较生的，一排是比较熟的。 另外，他家的mojito度数有点高，所以，想要保持清醒的妹子，还是不建议点啦，不要问我怎么知道的

I absolutely love the Catch. The food is truly amazing. The fish is so fresh, I always say 'you can actually taste the sea' in it :) I would strongly recommend their lemon sole fillet. As for starters: You must try their garlic chilli prans! Absolutely delicious. I've eaten in the Catch many times and every dish was great. Even their side salad is soooo good! The Catch is a little weak when it comes to their desserts but even they are ok. I think 'the smashed meringue' one is the best. The restaurant is specious, airy and modern. If you visit in summer, I recommend one of thr tables by the open windows, really nice spot.
